Description

Upgrade current interior lighting at this facility to a more efficient lighting system / capability. Evaluate the required lighting levels at each of the site spaces and replace the fixtures with new units that shall satisfy the required illumination levels and save energy (i.e. led lighting). The upgarde shall including all exit and emergency lights. The lighting fixture counting is as follows: Combo emerg. light/exit light - 3
emerg. lights - 6
2 x 4 fixture - 4 T8 fluorescent light bulb - 85
1 x 4 fixture - 2 T8 fluorescent light bulb - 70
2 x 2 fixture - 2 "u shape" fluorescent light bulbs. For all Lighting overhauls consideration is to be given to Lamp recycling as a stipulation within the construction tender package. Refer to BGIS Lighting Retrofit and Replacement SOW and RCMP PMM standards requirements .
