Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for responses from qualified Proponents for the provision of performing a comprehensive review of the present condition of the existing firemain at the Willowbrook Rail Yard; to develop a strategic constructability plan and complete costing associated with the firemain replacement as required, to bring this critical fire protection asset to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
