The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to prepare a report/presentation analyzing PRPA"s tariff structure and rates in the context of its overall competitiveness in the North American market. Through this RFP process, the Prince Rupert Port Authority ("PRPA") is seeking to enter into a contract with an experienced, qualified consultant to perform the Services.
