Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
Consultant is to review and provide tender drawings for the repairs of concrete walls and floors of the Hydro Vault at 601 Booth street. The walls and slabs have significant cracks which are to be addressed. A review to confirm if water infiltration could be an issue is to be completed. New paint is to be applied to the walls once repairs are completed. A detailed report is to be completed with repair options and a cost estimate.

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Jason Scharf at the security desk of 601 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON (Geological Survey building). Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
