Description

The intent of this RFP is to secure one or more Proponent(s) to provide the following services.

Calgary Campus:

To provide 24 hour security guard services at ATB Calgary Campus (3699 63 Ave NE Calgary, AB) location including but not limited to:

Alarm response, patrol services, monitoring, static guard services, and building physical security and emergency management – card, fob, key, and alarm code management.

All Other Locations:

To provide security guard services as required at various ATB locations as outlined in Appendix 5 - ATB Locations & Pricing Workbook including but not limited to:

Physical guard services, mobile guard services and alarm response services. From time to time, ATB locations may be added or removed at ATB’s sole discretion.

To be considered for this RFP you must be able to complete the services for all in province locations as well as have fully trained, certified employees or subcontractors located within each region.

Appendix 5 contains two unique locations that are outside the province of Alberta. Being able to service these two locations is not a requirement to submit a bid for this RFP, but the ability to do so is appreciated if possible.
