Description

Provide preparation of print files, print, insert and mail service of Assessment Notices, Tax Notices, Request For Information and Door Hangers for the City of Medicine Hat for a one year contract term with the option to extend annually for four additional years upon mutual agreement.
The City of Medicine Hat produces approximately 29,000 Assessment Notices and 29,000 Tax Notices each year. Assessment Notices are mailed in February and Tax Notices are mailed in May of each year. Further intent is to have a partnership with a firm for up to 5 years, with annual reviews to ensure quality, timeliness and cost are maintained and expectations meet what was proposed and requested.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ARE REQUIRED
Bids must be received through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system. Hard copy submissions will not be permitted.
All bidders must register as a plan taker to be able to download the bid opportunity documents. Submit your response through the City of Medicine Hat electronic bidding system, in order to be considered as a compliant bidder.
