Description

The Town of Middleton requires the services of a qualified firm to undertake a review of the Town’s existing water, sewer and storm water infrastructure to determine the necessary system ‘upgrades’ that would be required to accommodate the projected growth of the Town over the next 25 years. To this end, the Town of Middleton is seeking competitive proposals from the marketplace to identify a consultant to provide these Services. The study must identify growth thresholds where capacity upgrades would be required, together with estimated costs.
