Your organization is hereby invited to submit a proposal for the provision of a comprehensive Strategic Plan for the Town of Rocky Mountain House (the Town), as detailed in this Request for Proposal. The contract will require the Consultant to perform, at a minimum, the following functions as part of the development of the strategic and technical plans:
Preparation and Research
Preworkshop Internal Engagement
Initial Public Engagement
Community Sustainability Plan Review Workshop
Strategic Planning Workshop
Strategic Plan and Technical Plan
Public Engagement on Draft Strategic Plan
