• The project consists of two deliverables: (1) the 2024 Annual Water Quality Monitoring at 14 MNRF Northwest Waste Disposal Sites (WDSs), Ontario, and (2) groundwater monitoring wells installation and restoration at determined WDSs outlined in the Request for Bids (RFB).
  
  MNRF monitors water quality at several of its landfills in northwestern Ontario to ensure compliance with relevant provincial approvals and legislation.
• Scope of Work
  Without limiting the generality of the definition of “Services” under the referenced RFB, groundwater monitoring wells installation and restoration, and annual water quality monitoring reports are required in accordance with the applicable regulations and guidelines referenced in the RFB for 14 MNRF waste disposal sites in the northwest region.
