Description

The purpose of this NRFP is to obtain a Civil Engineer as the Prime Consultant to develop the design and contract documents for an upgrade to the Parking Lot N South at the BCIT Burnaby Campus. The Prime Consultant team will be responsible for all aspects of the design, to tendering, to construction, to contract completion and close.

Final execution of a Contract with any Proponent will be based upon internal approvals at BCIT. Anticipated date for final execution of a Contract is Monday, August 12, 2024.
