Description

• The Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres, Toronto, ON is a National Historic Site in Canada.
  
  This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of full-scope general contractor services from start-up through close-out for the Structural Concrete and Roofing Repairs Project at the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres, Toronto, Ontario.
• Scope of Work
  The Structural Concrete and Roofing Repairs Project at the Elgin & Winter Garden Theatres includes (but is not limited to) the following full-provisions to conserve, restore and repair to like-for-like conditions:
  
  • Structural Concrete (eg. roof-slab, beams, columns, etc.)
  • Roofing at Smoke-chute (eg. metal roofing, flashings, weather-stripping, gaskets, sealants, etc.)
  • Miscellaneous Repairs (eg. refinishing, painting, etc.)
• 
  Mandatory Site Meeting:
  Date: June 6, 2024
  Time: 10:00 (Toronto Time)
  Location: The Elgin & Winter Garden Theatre Centre – (Stage Entrance Vestibule)

  To be eligible to bid, Bidders or their designated representatives must sign-in and provide BOTH company"s legal name and operating name.
  All Bidders must inspect the construction site and shall be deemed to have received any and all information that the mandatory site meeting might avail.
