Yellowhead County will be removing the current playground located within our Municipally owned campground at Bear Lake at the end of the 2024 campground season. Our intention is to have a request for proposal for the equipment, installation, borders, and cleanup of a new build released in early 2025 with an install completed before campground operations begin. We invite interested vendors to come view the current playground and site this Spring as there will not be an opportunity for staff to meet on site before the RFP is released in 2025.

Yellowhead County staff will be on site on Friday, June 21 from 10:00am – 2:00pm to answer questions and explain project scope.
