Submission is for miscellaneous school furniture as described in specifications attached. F.O.B. (freight on board) delivered to 21 different locations specified on each appendix. Please enter amounts ($) on each of the 21 Appendix for each item on which you wish to offer and the quantity available. Please note that each quoted item on the list will be analysed individually, therefore a company may or may not receive each item they quoted for as part as a an approved purchase order. Please confirm that delivery can be made prior to June 30th 2024.
