Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) is looking for a Contractor to provide cleaning services at Cowansville Institution, located at 400, Fordyce Avenue, Cowansville, Quebec, J2K 3N7.
Objectives: The bidder must provide the labour to perform cleaning services at the La Macaza Institution. CSC will provide cleaning products and equipment will be available to the bidder in
each area.
Deliverables: The bidder must provide cleaning services for the areas and at the frequency indicated in Annex A – Statement of Work. The bidder must provide the labour required to perform the
cleaning services. CSC will be providing the cleaning equipment that will be available to the Contractor.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Standing Offer and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Standing Offer: The Work is to be performed during the period from the date of award to August 31st, 2025, with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
