Description

The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for
this Sourcing Event for the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to perform refrigeration and air conditioning (A/C) systems repairs, installations, and maintenance services in City owned/leased Facilities on an if and as required basis.

The Goods and Services to be supplied by the successful bidders are outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.

The initial Term of the Contract will be two (2) year(s), commencing October 1, 2024. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to eight (8) additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.
