Description

The intent of Transition to Employment Services is to provide comprehensive and individualized services that enable individuals to acquire workplace and occupation related skills and facilitate their rapid attachment or re-attachment to the labour market. The purpose of the project is to provide services to eligible Alberta Youth between the ages of 18 to 24 years old who reside in Edmonton. The purpose of the project is to provide services to a wide range of eligible Youth. Eligible Participants will develop strategies to support their employment transition as well as obtain an understanding of transferability of skills for employment alternatives. Participants include Alberta Youth who reside in Edmonton who may be needing assistance securing employment, navigating employment change, and/or requiring short term retraining.
