Description

The Site of the Works is on Main Street West in the vicinity of Civic #"s 159 to 133 within the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORKS
1. This project involves the installation of 13 services to 8 building lot, 5 of which are duplex lots that requires 2 services. Service lines are to be end capped and clearly marked 1 meter inside the property boundary.
2. Approximately 360 meters off storm sewer is to be removed and replaced. The majority of this storm sewer ranging in size from 300 mm to 700mm is to be replaced with new HDPE pipe of similar size and at the similar location.
3. This work will also require removing and replacing approximately 280 meters of curb and gutter, 65 meters of combined curb & sidewalk and any landscaping required to restore private property to it"s original condition.
