Description

The Province is seeking to obtain a single service provider that will assume the responsibility and management of the existing Government of Alberta (GOA) Remote Access Services as described in this NRFP.
Services currently include critical business functionality such as desktop support, image support, software packaging, and end point protection for all remote access services. There will also be an ongoing migration support requirement as users move from legacy VDI and Citrix service into AVD services.
