Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for PT-2023-RTCM-795, as more particularly described in this Tender Document as required by Metrolinx for :
Rehabilitation of Station Building Roof at Bronte, Burlington, Dixie, East Gwillimbury & Langstaff.

ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSION will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday May 7, 2024.
Please let us know of your intent to bid via Merx.

Each Submission must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 in the form of a bid bond payable to Metrolinx.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of Metrolinx MERX EBS.
Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using Metrolinx MERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Only the Submissions of qualified Bidders will be considered for acceptance by Metrolinx.
In order to be considered qualified, the Bidder shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of Metrolinx in the sole discretion of Metrolinx, that the Bidder has: (i) The Bidder shall have satisfactorily completed three (3) contracts for work similar in scope, magnitude and complexity as "the Work of this Contract"; (ii) The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactorily completed two (2) projects involving civil work of similar value, size and complexity to “the civil Work of this Contract”; (iii) The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactorily completed two (2) projects involving mechanical work of similar value, size and complexity to the mechanical Work of this Contract”; (iv) The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactorily completed two (2) projects involving electrical work of similar value, size and complexity to the electrical Work of this Contract”; (v) The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor, shall have satisfactorily completed two (2) projects involving roofing work of similar value, size and complexity to “the roofing Work of this Contract”. The Bidder, or its designated Subcontractor must be a member of Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA)) (vi) The Bidder and its named Subcontractors listed in Tender Document Form: List of Subcontractors shall have achieved at least one (1) of the following safety requirements: (A) COR™ Certified status with the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA); or (B) ISO 45001 certification; or (C) Out-of-Province COR™ Reciprocity (for bidding purposes only) through IHSA.
