Description

The qathet Regional District (qRD) seeks to retain, through a qualitative Request for Proposals (RFP) process and evaluation, a Design-Builder consisting of design-build construction contractor, prime consultant (architect) and associated sub-consultants and subcontractors to design, construct, and deliver an extensive upgrade of the Northside Community Recreation Centre (the Project). Any interested party or parties may submit a Proposal. Proponents may be individuals, corporations, joint ventures, partnerships or any other legal entities.
