Metrolinx is accepting Submissions for EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP AND COACHING
SERVICES ON AN EMERGENT BASIS

Bidders/Proponentsmust wear hard hats, safety boots, safety vests and have safety glasses[i] with them at the site meeting.
Failure to satisfy these requirements will result in exclusion from the site.

Your Submission for this opportunity must be sent to Metrolinx through the use of MetrolinxMERX EBS. Bidders shall be solely responsible for the delivery of their Submission using MetrolinxMERX EBS by the Closing, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Only Bidders/Proponents[ii] who possess the following experience and qualifications will be considered for award of this Contract:

• Minimum Three (3) years or more of experience in the coaching industry;
• Minimum of five-hundred (500) accumulated hours in coaching;
• Have coaching experience in serving a minimum of hundred (100) clients;
• Coaching:
• Should have certification(s) from reputable organizations such as the International Coach Federation (ICF) or similar accrediting bodies; and
• Should have experience working with diverse and equity seeking groups (this shall be considered an asset); and
• Should have coaching practices that support and advanced Equity and Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda. E.g. if in the past, the vendor has facilitated coaching for ERG groups or Women Leaders, etc. (this shall be considered an asset).
• Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion. [i] Fill out safety requirements as stated in tender document [ii] Or replace by Consultant, if applicable.
