Description

This Request for Proposals (this "RFP") is issued by Ontario Health as an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the establishment of a Vendor of Record Arrangement (“VOR Arrangement”) for the provision of a Referral Management System (RMS) solution (the “RMS”) and supporting the Referral digital workflow. The selected proponents for the VOR Arrangement will be requested to integrate with Referring Practitioner’s and Receiving Provider’s Point of Care systems and the Ontario Health Provincial Care Coordination Gateway (PCCG) to support the end-to-end Referral workflow (the “Services“)
