Description

• This is a Request for Bids (RFB) for the provision of full-scope general contractor services from start-up through close-out for the Carriage Shed Reconstruction Project at Macdonell Williamson House, 25 Rue Des Outaouais, Chute-à-Blondeau Township of East Hawkesbury K0B 1B0
• Scope of Work
  General contractor services are required for the Reconstruction of the Carriage Shed at Macdonell Williamson House.
  
  The general scope of work includes:
  • Full-scope heritage masonry restoration services for existing stone foundation walls, as indicated on Drawings
  • Full-scope timber building construction
  
  Substantial project completion must be fulfilled by December 15, 2024. Therefore, Award of Contract to be completed in a timely fashion.

  Time: 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time)
  Location: via Microsoft Teams
  
  Bidders that wish to attend the Mandatory Information Session are asked to register no later than April 8, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. (Toronto time) (Deadline to register) with the RFB contact Diana Rosco (diana.rosco@supplyontario­.ca­) identified in section 1.1.8 via Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”) eTendering System online messaging function.
  
  Bidders please indicate the name(s) and title(s) of all attendees including e-mail address(s) to each attendee as per below:

  The Mandatory Information Session will take place via a “Microsoft Teams Meeting Invite" which will be sent to you once you have registered.
  
  Any Bidder interested in responding to this opportunity must attend the Mandatory Information Session. Bidders who submit bids but do not attend the Mandatory Information Session will not be eligible to have their bid reviewed and therefore, the Ministry reserves the right to disqualify the Bidder.
  
  Any questions related to the Deliverables will not be answered during the Mandatory Information Session. Bidders are requested to submit their questions relating to the Deliverables in writing to the RFB contact Diana Rosco identified in section 1.1.8 via Ontario Tenders Portal (“OTP”) eTendering System online messaging function.
  
  Site is open to public. Prospective Bidders may attend at time of their own convenience prior to April 10, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time)
