Sealed tenders will be received by Tantramar until Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm local time for the following project:

The Tender box is located at Municipal Office, 31C Main Street, Sackville, NB, where a public opening will be held immediately following tender closing.

Every Contractor submitting a tender for this project must be thoroughly familiar with the tendering procedures according to the General Regulations and Amendments thereto, a Regulation under the Crown Construction Act.

Specifications and Instructions to tenderers are contained in the Town of Sackville (2015), Standard Municipal Specifications available for purchase at the Municipal Office.

An electronic pdf copy of the tender documents can be e-mailed at no cost, or a hard copy of the tender documents may be purchased for the sum of $100.00 per set. Tender documents may be obtained from:
