Temporary Help Services Requirement

This requirement is for: Correctional Service of Canada (CSC)

This requirement is open only to those supply arrangement holders under EN578-172870 who have qualified under the following streams and categories: Stream 5—Computer services, 5.1 Computer, Application Support – Senior.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

10. Makwa Resourcing Inc. and Koroc Consulting Inc. in JOINT VENTURE
11. Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP
12. Prologic Systems Ltd
13. The Bell Telephone Company of Canada or Bell Canada/La Compagnie de Téléphone Bell du Canada ou Bell Canada
14. Thinkpoint Inc.
15. TRM Technologies Inc.

Description of the Requirement:

Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for Temporary Help Services and has issued a Request for Proposal to suppliers generated from CPSS who are qualified under the streams and categories listed above.

Deliverables
1. Complete inventory of each SharePoint instance.
2. ITSEC documentation for the certification of SharePoint Online to be up to Protected B. (Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), evidence of configurations)
3. Information Management policies to SharePoint instances implemented.
4. Bi-weekly Progress Report on migration activities. Identification of issues, risks and mitigation strategies.
5. Technical documentation (Requirements, Data Dictionary, Design)
6. Knowledge transfer sessions
7. Migrated SharePoint instances to SharePoint Online

Level of Security Requirement:

Resource(s) Minimum Security Level Required is Secret

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of contract award to 48 weeks later.
