The City of Red Deer (the “City”) invites interested Vendors (respondents) to submit a quotation for Civil Construction Services.

The City of Red Deer performs annual upgrades to its Multi-Modal Transportation Network in order to increase the level of sidewalk and trail connectivity as well as transit service to residents. This year’s Transportation Improvement Program focuses on the construction of concrete sidewalks, asphalt trails, & transit sites (bench pads, launch pads and short trail/sidewalk connections) at multiple locations throughout the City, providing a higher level of safety, quality, comfort, connection and choice for citizens of Red Deer
