INVITATION TO TENDER

TOWN OF SHEDIAC

TS24-28304: MUNICIPAL OFFICE LEVEL 2 & 3 INTERIOR FIT-UP

Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the interior fit-up and all related work on level 2 & 3 of Town Hall, will be received until 2:00pm local time, Thursday, March 14, 2024 by the Town of Shediac, 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, NB E4P 2E3.

Tender documents may only be obtained through the New Brunswick Opportunities Network (https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca/).

All interested contractors are invited to attend a (non-mandatory) site visit on Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 10:00am local time 290 Main Street, Unit 300, Shediac, NB. Please contact Carole Nadeau at (506) 383-8821 ext. 103 to be added to the list of attendees ahead of time.

A public opening of tenders will take place at the Town of Shediac offices immediately following the close of the tendering period. No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the Town of Shediac Standard Municipal Specifications, latest edition, which can be found on the Town of Shediac website (www.shediac.ca).

A bid bond, certified cheque, bank draft, or money order in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum made payable to the Town of Shediac must accompany each tender.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
