Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Carpentry and Restoration services on an as needed and as required basis.

The term of any initial Agreement resulting from this RFP will be up to THREE (3) YEARS (“The Term”) from date of official acceptance and award by The City. If required, and when mutually agreeable between the parties, additional services may be renewed under the same or similar terms and conditions for a successive ONE (1) or TWO (2) year period (“Renewal Term”), which shall not exceed a total of FIVE (5) years.
