Healthcare Materials Management Services (HMMS) is looking to pre-qualify Construction General Contractors with a proven record of providing relevant Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional
services, for Phase 2 Expansion of the Ambulatory Surgical Centre at LHSC.
The preparation and issuance of this Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ), HMMS04427 – LHSC – Ambulatory Surgical Centre – Phase 2 Expansion - General Contractor Prequalification, is
the first stage of a two-stage competitive process that HMMS is using to gather information about supplier capabilities and qualifications, in order to pre-qualify suppliers in advance of
expected second stage selection to perform the work related to this project.
It is the intention of HMMS to prequalify up to six (6) Proponents who successfully prove their capabilities and qualifications, as a result of this RFSQ. Only the suppliers on the resulting
pre-qualified list will receive further invitation to submit tenders to the Second Stage Selection details outlined below.
Construction General Contractors and their employees must have full knowledge of, and maintain compliance with, ALL applicable Federal and Provincial Legislative Requirements (i.e. Acts,
Regulations, Training, Standards, Licensing, Public Health Directives, etc.) to provide Institutional General Contracting services, throughout the phases of this prequalification and second
stage selection as well as until final completion of the work.
