The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) has contracted Bird Construction Group to act as the Construction Manager to complete the Fredericton Justice Building located at 552 King Street in Fredericton, NB.

This is a request for proposal (RFP) to perform either of the following scopes of work;
- TP.03a - Doors, Frames and Hardware
- TP.03b - Detention Doors and Frames
- TP.03c - Overhead Doors
- TP.03d - Painting
- TP.03e - Division 10 Specialties
- TP.03f - Fall Protection Systems
- TP.03g - Detention Equipment
- TP.03h - Window Treatments
- TP.03i - Concrete Finishing

for the above-mentioned project and must be submitted directly to Bird Construction Group on behalf of The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) as instructed in the RFP/Tender documents.
