Description

Notice is hereby given by The Board of Education of School District No. 43 (Coquitlam), hereinafter referred to as the “Board”, of its intent to enter into a contract with Ainsworth Inc for upgrades on the Direct Digital Control (DDC) system at Heritage Woods Secondary which includes the supply and installation of the new Delta controls to replace existing Reliable controls.

Vendors who wish to object to this decision should contact the Authorized Representative below on or before 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday, March 1, 2024, presenting specific reasons for their objections. If justified, the Board will convene a meeting with its representatives and the vendor to receive vendors’ representations concerning this contract.

Any vendor objecting to this notice should provide all relevant qualifications and the reasons for objecting such as your ability to meet and/or exceed the needs listed on this Notice of Intent and at a better or reduced cost as well as a schedule completion that is on or before September 2024.
