The intent of this project is to have a qualified Environmental Consultant to provide National Master Specification (NMS) to an Environmental Contractor, and to provide indoor air quality testing throughout the duration of the project when required. A Environmental Contactor is required to provide abatement services for all deficiencies identified in the Asbestos Reassessment Report (March 2023) including all action items, excluding action items 1 and 7.

Event Note

Please meet BGIS representative at the rear loading dock entrance of LaSalle Academy, 373 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, ON. Bring valid ID and PPE. Proponents are advised that there will be an Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document.. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
