Description

ASPHALT AND JOINT SEALING SERVICES



The City of Dieppe is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for general asphalt patching of various streets.

Contractors are advised that time is of the essence in completing this work. The Contractor shall commence work no later than May 13th, 2024, or as directed by the Engineer.

All portions of works which consists of the general asphalt patching of the various streets, municipal parking lots, and multi-purpose trails, shall be completed by August 9th, 2024, unless extended by the Engineer.

Once the general patching is completed, the Contractor will be provided a work lists, each items on the lists will have a completion date. The work lists shall consist of the asphalt patching of utility cuts and asphalt patching around municipal structures such as manholes, valve boxes, etc., and other miscellaneous patching work.

All Bids must be submitted to Mr. Nathaniel Robichaud, Civil Engineering Technologist for the City of Dieppe no later than the closing date of Tuesday, March 5th, 2024 @ 10:00 A.M. - ATLANTIC TIME.
