Description

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.

In general, the work under this contract consists of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:
1. Construction services for the intended repair and restoration to the Ellis Building Envelope at the main entrance vestibule at the Bedford Institute of Oceanography in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
2. Masonry
3. Metals
4. Woods, Plastics, Composite
5. Openings
6. Thermal and Moisture Protection
7. Finishes
