Description

Posted on behalf of the Hanna Roundhouse Society:

The purpose of this RFP is to attract a Prime Consultant (architect or engineer) to administer and deliver the first phase of the multi-phased rehabilitation project. The Prime Consultant will assist the society in facilitating, designing and completing the work as outlined in phase 1 of the feasibility study (page 38), as follows:

• Service hook ups including gas, power, water, sewer and internet connections
• Construction of Washrooms
• Meeting and Ready Room construction
• Heating equipment and Furnace Room upgrades

This project will require close consultation, communication and coordination with the Roundhouse Society, Harvest Sky EDC and Alberta Cultural Heritage as the Roundhouse is a designated Alberta Provincial Historic Resource.
