Description

The City of Grande Prairie (the “City”) is requesting detailed submissions from qualified and experienced firms for the remediation of the parkade slab at the RCMP Detachment located at 10202-99 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta.

The services to be provided by the successful proponent (the “Consultant”) include detailed design, tender preparation, construction supervision and inspection, project management, project close-out and post construction warranty inspection. All infrastructure currently in the slab is to remain. All designs are to meet current Codes, Acts, and Regulations.
