Description

Refresh of the building’s three (3) sets of exterior stairs, two (2) exterior ramps and front entrance platform and connected canopy. Project includes, but it not limited to, the following:

• Repainting of yellow stripping on stair treads
• Patching of concrete locations that are degrading and showing signs of wear
• Replacement of metal access hatch at the rear exterior stairs
• Replacement of exterior stair railings that are currently not code compliant
• Retiling of building entrance platform and side entries
• Repainting of guardrails and canopy poles on front entrance platform
• Replacement of front canopy soffit
• Replacement of front canopy roof material
• Replacement of front canopy cladding
• A part of this project includes the removal of any hazardous materials as per the drawings and specifications in full compliance with all associated regulations and policies.
