Description

The project is located in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. The Work of this Contract generally includes the supply and installation of all labour, services, materials, testing and equipment to complete the work as indicated on the drawings and work indicated herein. The Work shall include, but is not limited to:

• Installation of new 2.4m multi-use asphalt trail along Starrs Road from Jody Shelley Drive to Haley Road;
• Remove sidewalks, curbs and driveway entrances along Starrs Road from Jody Shelly Drive to Haley Road;
• Installation of new curbs and asphalt.
• Installation of French Drain, catch basins and manholes.
• Line Painting for crosswalks;
• Installation of new Pedestrian Signals c/w stamped electrical design;
• Topsoil and hydroseed areas where reinstatement is necessary;
• De-watering of excavations as required to install new Works;
• Traffic control where necessary;
• Protection of any existing utilities;
• Disposal of unused and surplus materials off-site;
• Reinstatement of all disturbed surfaces as indicated on the drawings;
• Record drawing mark-ups and topographic survey of installed Works;
