Description

The City of Kelowna requires a qualified contractor to provide a variety of Mechanical Maintenance Services on an as-needed, scheduled and on-call basis at various locations (such as industrial or administrative buildings) throughout Kelowna. The Contractor will be responsible for, but not limited to, furnishing all services required to install, erect, connect, test, repair and maintain Mechanical systems and equipment. Work will generally be scheduled during normal contractor working hours but may be scheduled outside of normal working hours in emergencies.
