The current design is considering upgrade, replacement and or addition of the
following items:
1. Air Handling Units.
2. Exhaust fans.
3. Reheat coils and dampers.
4. Supply air distribution modification.
5. Exhaust system modification.
6. Swing space.
7. Air valves.
8. Venturi valves.
9. Dampers and actuators.
10. Humidification conversion to central electric.
11. VAV.
12. Perimeter radiation control valve addition.
13. Controls recommissioning.
14. Pneumatic devices to electric conversion.
15. Testing, Adjusting and Balancing.
This list is intended to provide a general overview of the scope of work. More information can be
found in the attached GOC2438126 SOW and General Instructions document. Please note that
the final design requirements may include additional items, different items and/or a reduced
scope.
