Renovations to the washroom facilities including demolition and removal of all existing furnishings and construction of design as detailed in the tender documents. Work includes but is not limited to the installation of new finishes, light fixtures, upgrades to electric circuitry, and selective demolition of six (6) multi-user washrooms and the construction of one universal washroom.
