The City of Calgary is requesting Proposals for Pest Control Services at Waste Management Facilities for infrastructure, vehicles and equipment at The City’s waste management facilities in the following categories;

A. Routine Monthly Pest Control
B. On Demand Call Outs for Infestations
C. On Demand Call Outs for Enhanced Rat Control

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.

The Agreement will be for a initial Term of two (2) years . After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) times for two (2) years each time for a potential total term not to exceed six (6) years.
