This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Pacific Region.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Objectives: To provide volunteer coordinator services, recruitment, orientation training, monitoring and implementation of volunteer activities to meet offender needs.
Deliverables:
The contractor must:
1. Verify volunteer references and ensure Reliability Status Clearance before applicants are accepted as a volunteer.
2. Provide a quarterly status report of volunteer hours and activities as well as program participation, to the Project Authority.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.
Duration of Contract and Time Frame for Delivery:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.
