Description

To provide Evidence-based and Validated mental health training in both of Canada’s official languages to increase resiliency, develop non-expert intervention capacity (similar to physical first aid) while improving help-seeking behaviours and reducing stigma surrounding mental health.

The Contractor must provide a comprehensive mental health training program, comprised of two core courses, enabling Health Canada to support the creation of a full spectrum of mental health awareness and basic response capacity (analogous to physical first aid) amongst federal public servants. The program must meet all of the requirements outlined in sections 3 and 4 (all subsections of both) of this Statement of Work as a commercially available product (i.e. does not require any modification or development to meet all of the requirements on the date of contract award).
