Description

.1 Supply and installation of a new exterior standby diesel generator complete with aluminum weatherproof sound attenuated enclosure.
.2 Supply and installation of a new automatic transfer switch.
.3 Supply and installation of reinforced concrete equipment pad.
.4 Supply and installation of a new chain link fence.
.5 Replacement of electrical service conductors.
.6 Supply and installation of generator annunciator.
.7 Replacement of electrical panels.
.8 Supply and installation of new electrical service equipment.
.9 Removal of fire alarm system and supply and install new fire alarm system.
.10 Complete integrated commissioning with auto transfer switch, generator, annunciator and fire alarm and HVAC.
.11 Commissioning of all new equipment.
.12 Diesel fuel required for testing and refill after testing.
.13 Supply and installation of fuel spill containment kit.
.14 Thoroughly review the attached Appendix G – Designated Substance Assessment Report, and take the necessary precautions and develop safe work plans.
.15 Weekend shut down work for service change over.
