Description

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Province of Nova Scotia (the "Province") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a GNSS Network Management Software to the Department of Service Nova Scotia

Geographic Information Services (GIS) is the designed mapping service provider for the Province of Nova Scotia. As part of the Department of Service Nova Scotia (SNS), the GIS section provides government entities and the general public with Foundation Geography and GeoServices. The required GNSS Network Management Software package will be required to allow for the flow of data from existing (and future) NSACS GNSS receivers to be streamed to existing and future service providers. The GNSS Network Management Software will also be required to calculate and cast GNSS corrections to GNS users throughout the Province. The software package will also be required to be supplied as a On-Premises solution with a perpetual licensing model. The initial term of the agreement will be for a period of One (1) year. The Province reserves the right to extend the agreement for Five (5) x One (1) year extension(s) beyond the initial term, for an overall potential maximum of Six (6) years in total.
