• Detailed Description* The Ontario Heritage Trust is engaging a General Contractor (Heritage conservation specialty) to carryout Building Envelope Conservation and Upgrades at Inge-Va located in Perth, Ontario (66 Craig Street, Perth, ON - K7H 1Y5).
• Scope of Work
  The scope of the Heritage General Contracting work includes but is not limited to the following:
  
  • Masonry conservation repairs
  • Copper sheet metal roofing repairs
  • Wood shingle roofing
  • Galvanized sheet steel drainage gutters and leaders
  • Eaves and soffit repairs; repainting
  • Structural reinforcement of wood framed Garage and Wood Shed
  • Exterior painting

  Mandatory Site Visit
  February 8th, 2024 at 11:30am (Toronto time).
  Location: 66 Craig Street, Perth, ON - K7H 1Y5. Meet at the front of the house.
  All bidders must sign in before 11:45am that day in order to meet this Mandatory site visit requirement.
  All bidders are to send an email to Pamela Clarke prior to Feb 5 2024 noon to confirm their attendance of the site meeting
