Description

Reissue of Request for Standing Offers. This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc4345289627 dated DECEMBER 21, 2023 with a closing of JANUARY 12, 2024 at 2 PM ESTAMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 12, 2024 by 2 pm EST. All bids submitted after 2 pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. SCOPE OF WORK: The Canadian Forces Bases (CFB) Borden and CFB Petawawa in Ontario require on an “as requested” basis the rental of specific highway tractors and trucks (tractor with day cab, tractor with sleeper cab, 5 ton cargo truck and 5 ton reefer truck). The rental duration may be daily, weekly, or monthly. All vehicles will be driven and operated by Federal Government personnel only. Vehicles can be driven across Canada and the United States of America. The period of the standing offer is for one year with two additional one-year option periods.
