Description:
Sole source is proposed to Guusto Gifts INC which is web-based platform that helps Agriculture Financial Services Corporation to manage employee recognition and gift card programs. This platform stands out where employee can choose to redeem their Guusto gifts electronically at wide range of merchants. Guusto GIFT Cards INC is being used because they offer no set up fees, hidden markups and unclaimed gifts are credited back.

AFSC entered into an Agreement with Guusto Gifts INC in 2020, ending April 2024.
The contract will commence April, 2024, and shall be reviewed/renewed annually unless terminated earlier. Guusto Gift Service will be used until such time as AFSC’s business needs change.
The estimated cost is approximately $58,000 CAD. During the Contract, AFSC:
a) may purchase more Goods or Services than the estimated value, or
b) may purchase less Goods or Services than the estimated value, and
c) is not obligated to purchase any Goods or Services.

This procurement is subject to Chapter 5 (Procurement) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Article 14: Procurement of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA).
