Description

Northern Lakes College is seeking proposals from organizations or Individuals that are eligible to provide Janitorial Services in the following locations. Grouard, Valleyview, High Prairie, Peace River (NAIT, Power Engineering), High Level, Wabasca, Fort Vermillion, Chateh, Fox Creek, Loon River, Mclennan, Atikameg, Gift Lake and Trout Lake.

The following pages of this Request for Proposal outline the duties and expectations of the Successful Vendor as well as the scope of work. The Successful Vendor shall perform the Janitorial Services as provided in Schedule of Work for a period commencing March 1st, 2024 to February 28th, 2026, and two (2) one-year options to renew (March 1st, 2026 to February 28th, 2027 and March 1st, 2027 to February 28th , 2028).
